This Axis Convection Oven is a versatile countertop oven designed for small commercial kitchens or foodservice operations. It has a compact size, measuring 23-5/8" wide, 26-13/16" deep, and 19" high, making it perfect for establishments with limited space. This electric oven has a 1/2 size capacity and an interior volume of 2.02 cubic feet, allowing you to bake or roast different types of food in one cooking cycle.

It has manual controls for time, temperature, and humidity, giving you precise control over the cooking process. It has a temperature range of 120°-510°F, allowing you to cook a wide range of dishes, including pastries, bread, roasted meats, and vegetables. The oven can hold up to three half-size pans and features one fan to ensure even heat distribution, ensuring consistent cooking results.

This Oven also features a double-wall glass oven door, allowing you to easily monitor the cooking process without opening the oven. It has a 0–120-minute timer, which can automatically shut off the oven after the cooking time is complete. The oven comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug, making it easy to plug into a standard electrical outlet. It is ETL-Sanitation and cETLus listed for safety and sanitation compliance and is available for sale in North America.
