The BevLes 120 V, 1/2 Size Narrow Width Roast & Hold Oven is designed to cook and keep food hot efficiently. Constructed with all stainless steel, including the insulated top, sides, and door, it ensures durability and optimal performance. The top-mounted touchscreen controls are user-friendly, allowing for easy operation with cooking by time or temperature probe, and the ability to save and recall recipes. With adjustable temperature controls ranging from 80°F to 300°F (27°C to 150°C), it offers versatility for heating and holding a variety of foods. Equipped with a flashing power loss alarm, it ensures safety by alerting the operator if the cooking cycle is interrupted. After the cook cycle, an audio alarm sounds and automatically switches to a holding temperature. The fully insulated cabinet prevents heat loss, while the side air tunnel system ensures even air circulation throughout the cabinet. Features like stainless steel non-adjustable pan racks, a field-reversible door with self-closing lift-off hinges and magnetic latches, and removable interior components for easy cleaning, make this oven convenient and efficient for commercial kitchens. Heavy-duty plate casters with 5” neoprene wheels and two front brakes allow for easy mobility.
