The BevLes Tender Touch 3/4 Size Roast & Hold Oven is designed for cooking and keeping food hot, ensuring your dishes are served at the perfect temperature. With all stainless steel construction and insulated top, sides, and door, it guarantees durability and efficient performance. Its user-friendly top-mounted touchscreen controls allow for easy operation, enabling cooking by time or temperature probe, and the ability to save and recall recipes. The adjustable temperature controls range from 80°F to 300°F (27°C to 150°C), providing versatility for heating and holding a variety of foods. Equipped with a flashing power loss alarm, it alerts the operator if the cooking cycle is interrupted, ensuring safety and peace of mind. After the cook cycle, an audio alarm sounds and automatically switches to holding temperature. The fully insulated cabinet prevents heat loss, while the side air tunnel system ensures even air circulation throughout the cabinet. With features like stainless steel non-adjustable pan racks, field-reversible door with self-closing lift-off hinges and magnetic latches, and removable interior components for easy cleaning, this oven is designed for convenience and efficiency in your commercial kitchen. Heavy-duty plate casters with 5” neoprene wheels and two front brakes allow for easy mobility.
