The BevLes 115 V, Single Door Counter Insulated PICA Proofing Cabinet With Right Hand Hinge is an essential piece of equipment for commercial bakeries. Designed to facilitate the proofing process for yeast-raised dough, this insulated proofing cabinet maintains a consistent temperature and humidity level to ensure optimal results. Constructed of durable aluminum, this cabinet features universal extruded pan supports that accommodate a wide variety of pans and screens. The clear Lexan door with heavy-duty right-hand hinges allows you to easily see what’s inside without opening the door. User-friendly, bottom-mounted controls feature independent heat and humidity adjustment, with temperature ranges from 60° to 120°F (16° to 49°C) and a water reservoir that holds up to 5 quarts (4.7 liters). The BevLes "cast-in" humidity system prevents element burnout while providing added safety for the operator. This proofing cabinet also features a self-draining feature for excess moisture collection below the cabinet. Equipped with heavy-duty plate swivel casters with 5" (127mm) neoprene wheels, two with locks, it offers easy mobility.
