Designed for heavy-duty use, this cabinet features aluminum construction and universal extruded pan supports to accommodate a variety of pans and screens. Its three full-length Lexan® doors are equipped with heavy-duty hinges, positive closing latches, and perimeter gaskets, ensuring a tight seal and maximum insulation. The bottom-mounted electrical unit features separate controls for heat and humidity, allowing for precise adjustments to meet your baking needs. The "cast-in" humidity system prevents element burnout and enhances operator safety by eliminating the risk of accidental contact with the heating element. Additionally, the cabinet includes a self-draining feature that collects excess moisture into a standard bun pan below the base, ensuring convenient and efficient operation in busy commercial kitchens.
