The pan from the Bologna Granitium series from BALLARINI is so robust and high quality that it is perfect for many years of service on your stove. The 5-fold GRANITIUM non-stick coating, additionally reinforced with mineral particles, ensures enormous heat resistance and makes the pan absolutely durable. The coating is also extremely scratch-resistant, meaning that even metal spatulas cannot harm it. Meat, fish, or vegetables do not require large amounts of liquid or fat because the food does not stick. The so-called thermopoint in the handle shows at a glance whether the right temperature for frying or cooking has been reached: the display turns red when the pan is hot enough and dark green when it cools down. The panhandle itself fits comfortably in the hand and is insulated against heat. The energy-saving pan with a diameter of 28 cm is equipped with a polished base made of high-quality steel and aluminum. This means you can use them on gas, electric, and ceramic hobs and of course also induction.
