The high sides help contain food when tossing and stirring, while the large perforations add delicious smoky flavour. Perforations are large enough to allow smoky flavours to sink in, but small enough so even the most delicate fruits, vegetables and seafood can be grilled without worry. Oversized handles allow for a firm, comfortable grip, even with oven mitts, for safe transport to and from the grill. For best results and easy cleanup, use a fat or oil with a high smoke point.
